Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing overstock situations, using advanced tracking systems.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality to maintain high standards for stored products.
- Organize and maintain the storage area efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility for quick retrieval of items.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Implement safety and hygiene standards in the storage area, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in using inventory management software; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately track inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and optimize storage space effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with suppliers, team members, and management.
- Ability to manage inside and outside office works and coordination.
- Valid UAE Driving license
