Store Keeper IDEAL Aluminium & Glass LLC

IDEAL Aluminium & Glass LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Store Keeper to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring that all materials for our aluminium and glass facade projects are accurately tracked and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels for aluminium, glass, and other materials. Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies.

• Stock Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of inventory movements, including both incoming and outgoing materials.

• Material Handling: Safely handle and store materials, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage to fragile items like glass and comply with industry standards.

• Communication: Work closely with procurement, project managers, and other departments to ensure that materials are available as needed for ongoing projects.

• Stock Reports: Regularly generate and submit reports on stock levels, usage, and order status to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Keeper in the Aluminium Glass Facade industry.

• In-depth knowledge of aluminium, glass, and related facade materials.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and safety standards. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate well in a team.

• Problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve inventory-related issues.
