Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper to manage and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and inventory. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of all stock.
• Issue materials as per requisition and maintain accurate stock movement records.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions for reordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory clerk, or similar role (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with inventory management software (ERP knowledge is a plus).
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Physically fit and able to lift and move materials when required.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics qualifications are a plus.
