Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of all raw materials, ensuring optimal stock for continuous ready-mix production.
- Oversee the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, minimizing wastage and ensuring quality control.
- Coordinate with the production team to forecast material needs and prevent shortages that could disrupt operations.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols for material handling and storage, adhering to industry regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field provides a strong foundation.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP demonstrates a commitment to professional development.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a store executive or similar role within the ready-mix or construction industry.
- Proven experience in inventory management, material handling, and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
