Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurant and kitchen areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, furniture, glass, and equipment.
  • Sanitize kitchen tools and equipment to meet hygiene standards.
  • Handle garbage removal and waste disposal in line with company policies.
  • Assist with moving, stacking, loading, and unloading materials as required.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant stewarding role.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics.
  • Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Polite, professional, and hygiene-conscious at all times.
