Position Overview
InterContinental Dubai Marina is hiring a Steward to support kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards across all back-of-house areas. This role ensures smooth service delivery by keeping kitchen tools, dishware, and workspaces clean, organized, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all kitchen tools and workstations
Support chefs and service teams by ensuring all required items are available
Assist with inventory checks, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and cleaning tools
Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment

Ideal Profile
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliability, discipline, and attention to detail
