Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Hiring Execution

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and networking strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage with passive candidates through proactive recruitment efforts.

3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Work with the HR team to enhance the company s employer brand and value proposition.
  • Support social media recruitment campaigns and job fair participation.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and career page content to attract candidates.

4. Recruitment Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).

5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers & HR Teams

  • Partner with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and decision-making.
  • Support HR initiatives related to onboarding, retention, and workforce planning

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or HR leadership roles.
    Proven experience in headhunting, passive talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and recruitment best practices.
    Experience in executive search, direct sourcing, and talent mapping.
