Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Hiring Execution
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and networking strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Identify and engage with passive candidates through proactive recruitment efforts.
3. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Work with the HR team to enhance the company s employer brand and value proposition.
- Support social media recruitment campaigns and job fair participation.
- Create compelling job advertisements and career page content to attract candidates.
4. Recruitment Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and HR policies.
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers & HR Teams
- Partner with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
- Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and decision-making.
- Support HR initiatives related to onboarding, retention, and workforce planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
Education and Training:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: - 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or HR leadership roles.
Proven experience in headhunting, passive talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and recruitment best practices.
Experience in executive search, direct sourcing, and talent mapping.
