Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning software to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Analyze project requirements and scope to create accurate resource allocation plans that optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with cross-functional teams to identify potential delays and facilitate immediate corrective actions.
  • Utilize historical data and forecasting techniques to predict project timelines and improve planning accuracy.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including risks and mitigation strategies, to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to integrate planning processes into overall project management methodologies.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Perform critical path analysis to identify the most important tasks and manage dependencies effectively.
  • Continuously assess and refine planning processes to enhance efficiency and adapt to changing project demands.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience – 8 to 12 years in planning / UAE experience minimum 6 years
  • Engineering Degree or any equant degree qualification.
  • Good knowledge in project Contract Baseline Programme, Construction Programme, and tender programme (P6)
  • Extension of Time (EoT) Claims and Contract knowledge.
  • Develop resource, routinely update Project Schedules, Produce KPI’s and Sub-contractors Programme management.
  • Identify delays, critical paths, areas of concern and propose corrective action
