Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring Sr. HR manager for a leading Jewellery brand in UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational success through people management.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and attracting top-tier candidates to fill critical roles.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and resolving conflicts effectively and fairly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Total experience- 3 to 4 years UAE experience
- Days- 6 days working, 10 to 8 pm
- Shall be good in excel and documentation
- Immediately Joiners
