Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on business setup options, legal entity types, and jurisdiction selection.
- Assist in company formation, registration, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with government departments, free zones, and legal authorities.
- Guide on banking, taxation, and financial structuring for new businesses.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide market entry strategies.
- Prepare proposals, business plans, and required documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the setup journey.
- Stay updated with changing laws, regulations, and policies related to business setup
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in business consultancy, company formation, or corporate advisory.
- Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver tailored solutions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
