We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Analyst-SAP Functional (FICO) to join our dynamic team. This senior-level position requires a strong understanding of SAP functionalities, specifically in the Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO configurations, system enhancements, and support. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SAP applications, enhancing business processes, and providing solutions to complex financial reporting needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and drive the optimization of SAP functionalities to support business objectives. The Sr. Analyst-SAP Functional (FICO) will play a critical role in shaping the financial systems strategy and supporting ongoing SAP implementations, upgrades, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues to optimize financial processes efficiently.
• Develop and maintain system configurations for the SAP FICO module consistently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
• Conduct SAP FICO module testing and implement necessary enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Assist in the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Document detailed specifications and business processes for effective system management.
• Monitor the performance of the SAP FICO module and recommend improvements proactively.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues impacting financial operations.
• Ensure SAP FICO configurations adhere to company policies and compliance regulations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
• Participate in global SAP implementation projects providing FICO expertise and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles within SAP FICO.
• Proven ability to support SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using SAP tools for documentation, testing, and workflow management.
• Certifications in SAP FICO or related SAP modules would be considered an advantage.
