Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.

Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top workplace.

Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.

Hiring Process & Compliance

Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and offers.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate data efficiently.

Stay updated on labor laws, hiring regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Experience in recruiting for at least one of the following sectors: engineering / technical, defense or similar industries

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.

Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
