Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynaecology, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynaecological conditions including menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause, and pelvic pain
Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound, colposcopy, and hysteroscopy
Conduct minor and major surgical procedures including caesarean sections, laparoscopies, and hysterectomies
Counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning
Discuss diagnoses with patients, explain treatment options, and provide guidance on medications, lifestyle, and preventative care
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical records
Support patients with complex or high-risk pregnancies and gynaecological conditions
Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education to enhance service quality
