Roles & Responsibilities

Highly skilled Chef with specialized knowledge in modern Japanese cuisine to assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing and organizing the kitchen of Nobu Dubai to the highest standards and in accordance with standard operating procedures. The Chef will be accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations and will exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food-related functions. The Chef will continually work to improve guest and colleague satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
