Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and software product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to address client feedback and product enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify and seize new market opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote software solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Provide post-sale support and customer follow-up to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials to attract new clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of software and technology concepts and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a sales context.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and client information.
