Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of software/IT solutions.
- Understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into technical specifications, facilitating effective communication between sales and engineering teams.
- Providing pre-sales technical support, including answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring a smooth sales cycle and maximizing conversion rates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Possesses strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the software/IT industry.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
