Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end software implementation for assigned clients
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements
  • Configure and customize software as per client needs
  • Coordinate with internal development and support teams
  • Manage data migration, testing, and go-live activities
  • Provide user training and prepare user manuals / documentation
  • Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Handle post-implementation support and issue resolution
  • Maintain implementation reports and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE business processes and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in software implementation (ERP / Accounting / HRMS / CRM)
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales)
  • Experience working with UAE clients and business environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
