Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads into active social media marketing clients. Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client needs and present suitable SMM service packages. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations. Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align on client requirements. Attend client meetings (online or in person) to discuss goals and service details.

Desired Candidate Profile

1–4+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Strong understanding of social media marketing services and trends. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident in client interactions and closing deals. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized. UAE market experience is an advantage.
