Roles & Responsibilities

We’re an interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, and we’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

You should be someone who truly understands marketing strategy — not just posting content — but building a clear plan to generate leads, clients, and brand growth.

Your Role:

  • Create and manage marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Build targeted campaigns to increase visibility, leads, and sales
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (photo/video/ads)
  • Analyze performance and adjust strategies for better ROI
  • Work closely with our design team to align visuals and brand identity

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in the design, real estate, or creative industry)
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and lead generation
  • Ability to create marketing funnels and track results
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Dubai ONLY.
