Roles & Responsibilities

The Social Media Executive will assist in executing and managing marketing initiatives that support the overall marketing strategy. This position involves a mix of digital and traditional marketing tasks, including social media management, content creation, email campaigns, event coordination, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  1. Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, digital ads, email, print).
  2. Help track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Social Media:
  1. Manage the company’s social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and developing content.
  2. Assist in maintaining the company’s online presence to boost brand visibility.
  • Email Marketing:
  1. Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  2. Segment email lists and create personalized content to maximize engagement and conversions.
  3. Track and report on email campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  1. Assist in organizing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  2. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and vendor relations.
  3. Promote events through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Collateral and Materials Development:
  1. Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentation decks.
  2. Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned.
  • Administrative Support:
  1. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
  2. Organize and maintain marketing databases, campaign calendars, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (internships or relevant coursework may also be considered).
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  2. Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software is a plus.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high standard of quality.
  6. Creative and Analytical Mindset: Ability to think creatively while also using data to inform decisions and improve results.
