Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with current technologies and trends in social media and applications.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities for social media engagement and growth.
  • Provide constructive feedback on social media content performance to stakeholders.
  • Track and report on social media insights weekly, adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates.
  • Manage social media calendar and plan future content releases and campaigns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is desired.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude to design compelling content.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines successfully.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management is a plus.
