Job Description

The Social Media Executive is an integral part of the marketing and communications team, responsible for managing and enhancing the social media presence of a brand, product, or organization. Responsibilities
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders for campaign execution.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media technologies.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative promotions.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to enhance visibility.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience with social media advertising and performance analysis is a plus.
