Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator who will be responsible for capturing, editing, and posting engaging content across our social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Tiktok. The role involves visiting various Ashtamudi Wellness salons, documenting services, capturing client experiences, creating short-form videos, and optimizing posts with proper targeting strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit salons regularly to capture photos, videos, reels, and stories showcasing services, staff expertise, and client experiences.
• Shoot live client testimonials and engaging behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos and images professionally, maintaining a premium salon brand aesthetic.
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content descriptions aligned with brand tone.
• Manage and post content consistently on Instagram and other platforms as required.
• Utilize latest trends, reels formats, and Instagram algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Track post-performance, engagement rates, and provide reports on effectiveness.
• Collaborate with salon managers and staff to ensure smooth client interactions during shoots.
• Suggest creative campaign ideas, contests, and seasonal promotions for higher visibility.
• Ensure brand consistency across all posts and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if creative skills are strong).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media content creation.
• Experience in handling beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
