About the Role

A freelance Content Editor and Designer is needed to create engaging social media content for an afterschool program targeting teens aged 12 18. The work involves producing monthly sets of TikTok and Instagram posts, stories, and videos that inspire participation in creative workshops and skill-building sessions, both online and in person. Responsibilities include designing, editing, and publishing visuals and videos in alignment with creative direction and established branding, while incorporating current social media trends and styles to achieve maximum impact.

Requirements

• Strong experience in graphic design using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software
• Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends with an understanding of content that has viral potential
• Ability to design and edit carousels, graphic posts, Instagram Stories, TikTok videos, and short-form video edits
• Experience creating youth-focused campaigns; familiarity with Dutch teen culture is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work to monthly deadlines (deliverables due the first Monday of each month)
• Ability to work remotely while following creative direction and brand guidelines
