Job Description

As a Social Media & Content Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our community across various digital platforms. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for various social media platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels to identify trends and respond to follower interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve results.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital content channels.
  • Research and implement best practices for social media engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content and graphics.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Engage in community management tasks to strengthen brand-customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on social media and content performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
