As the Skills Development Partner Business Career Development Skills, your role will be to provide strategic support to the business through the development and delivery of future-focused business and career development learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
In This Role, You Will
- Support Strategic Business Partners and stakeholders in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs.
- Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience Production team to integrate digital elements into new and revised solutions.
- Deliver learning experiences that meet Emirates Group standards, as outlined by the Learning Experience Standards.
- Engage in ongoing opportunities to strengthen facilitation skills.
- Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths.
- Create and promote social learning solutions, and advocate for a learning culture within the Group.
- Apply High Impact Evaluation guidelines by consistently mapping impact and measurement tools to all solutions.
- Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen.
- Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Learning & Development.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within a training or people development function.
- Take initiative, adapt quickly, and demonstrate resilience with a positive outlook.
- Show curiosity, a growth mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in dynamic environments.
- Communicate and facilitate with impact, engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Embrace digital tools and advocate for innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decisions.
- Think strategically with a future-focused approach to enhancing the employee experience.
