Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond appropriately and accurately to guest enquires and requests relating the teaching process ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure all equipment s supplied by rental to the Ski school guests are double checked and set up correctly.
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Ski Dubai.
- Proficient up to date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions and services.
- Advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.
- To be responsible for all guests during lessons, from the time they leave the ski school meeting point till they come back.
- Ensure no guests pass the access control gate without the appropriate access pass.
- Assist in all competitions and events in Ski Dubai.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Certified ski/snowboard instructor (International qualification).
- Advanced Skier/Snowboarder.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an addition.
- Flexibility in working shifts.
- Effective communication skills.
- One season in the ski school and Kids teaching experience.
