The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all activities on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position involves working closely with project managers, contractors, and other site workers to maintain efficient work processes and uphold quality standards. The Site Supervisor will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and troubleshoot any onsite issues. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate teams, the ability to interpret construction plans, and effective communication to report progress and issues to project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a firm understanding of industry best practices and construction methodologies.

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Plan, organize, and manage resources to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to track progress and prepare accurate progress reports.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to maintain quality control standards.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractor activities to prevent delays in project execution.
• Resolve site issues promptly while maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
• Train and guide site workers in efficient and safe work practices as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, resource usage, and production rates.
• Ensure equipment and materials are used efficiently to reduce wastage and cost.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for site operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on daily targets and goals.

• Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment handling, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Experience with construction management software and tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions promptly in high-pressure situations.
