Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet timelines.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to approved materials and workmanship.
  • Implement sustainable construction practices aligned with LEED requirements (waste segregation, use of certified materials, energy & water efficiency).
  • Support WELL compliance by ensuring air quality systems, lighting, acoustics, and wellness-focused design features are installed correctly.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges in coordination with consultants.
  • Verify measurements, conduct inspections, and support project handover.
  • Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients for updates and approvals.
  • Control wastage of materials and ensure cost-effective execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
  • 7 years’ experience in fit-out/interior works (residential, commercial, or retail projects).
  • Knowledge of LEED and WELL certification requirements (Accreditation is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, joinery, MEP coordination, and interior design detailing.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Good knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
