Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily site operations, ensuring work is completed according to project drawings, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and in-house teams to maintain an efficient workflow on site.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control and finishing for all interior works, from MEP and civil to joinery and paint.
  • Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges and report progress clearly to the project manager.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and strictly enforce all health and safety protocols.
  • Identify, source, and procure all materials required for fit-out projects (e.g., gypsum, joinery, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP items).
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries to avoid project delays.
  • Track on-site inventory and coordinate with the accounts team for purchase orders and budget control.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the project manager, site teams, and suppliers.
  • Prepare clear daily and weekly reports on site progress, material status, and any challenges.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication between the office and site teams to proactively resolve issues and guarantee a smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience with material procurement is a strong plus.
  • A proven track record in commercial, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, high-end finishes, and MEP works.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes for interior projects.
  • A valid UAE Driving License.
  • Experience in procurement negotiation and cost-control abilities.
  • Natural leadership skills to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate between office, site teams, and suppliers.
  • Highly organized to manage on-site tasks and procurement duties simultaneously.
