Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site painting and civil work activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, including quality control and timely completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, painters, and civil workers, providing clear instructions and performance monitoring to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily progress reports, including work completed, materials used, and any challenges encountered, for effective project tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred for this role.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site engineering, preferably with a painting company or civil works.
  • Strong understanding of painting techniques, civil construction methods, and relevant building codes.
