Site Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil works and site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manpower, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of work to ensure adherence to standards and safety regulations.
• Review architectural and structural drawings; identify discrepancies and report required modifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, material usage logs, progress updates, and other project documentation.
• Ensure proper material handling and verify that materials used on-site meet approved standards.
• Assist the project manager/engineer in resolving technical issues and ensuring timely project execution.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction or interior fit-out company mandatory.
• Proven experience working on residential high-end villa projects and commercial projects in the region.
• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university required.
• Dubai Municipality G+1 License is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of regional building codes, civil works, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (architectural, structural, shop drawings).
• Proficiency in preparing site reports, progress documentation, and material requests.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and manage fast-paced project environments.
