The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, managing staff, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a premium brand experience. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on leadership to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the showroom to ensure smooth daily functioning

Lead and supervise sales staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
Drive sales targets through effective team coordination and customer engagement
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
Maintain merchandise display standards, cleanliness, and store aesthetics
Monitor inventory levels, order replenishments, and manage stock control

Implement promotional campaigns and coordinate in-store events or launches
Enforce company policies and ensure operational compliance
