Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the showroom to ensure smooth daily functioning
Lead and supervise sales staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
Drive sales targets through effective team coordination and customer engagement
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly
Maintain merchandise display standards, cleanliness, and store aesthetics
Monitor inventory levels, order replenishments, and manage stock control
Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to improve performance
Implement promotional campaigns and coordinate in-store events or launches
Enforce company policies and ensure operational compliance
Liaise with head office for reporting, merchandising, and marketing needs
