Shop Sales Executive - Receptionist

We are hiring a Sales Girl / Receptionist for our jewelry shop in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The candidate must have UAE experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail sales, strong communication skills, and knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers and manage front desk duties

• Handle calls, inquiries, and online orders (WhatsApp, Instagram, website)

• Maintain product displays, stock, and shop cleanliness

• Manage inventory, stock counts, and order updates

• Coordinate with delivery partners and track deliveries

• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships

Requirements:

• UAE retail experience is a must (jewelry, fashion, or similar)

• Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)

• Social media and online sales knowledge

• Inventory management experience

• Organized, friendly, and professional personality

• Must be able to commute to Dubai Silicon Oasis
