Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Experienced SharePoint & GRC Platform Developer needed to build/maintain SwissGRC systems. Blend GRC domain expertise (Risk, BCP, ISMS, Audits) with Microsoft tech stack SharePoint, SQL Server, .NET/C#. Design scalable solutions, integrate platforms, lead UI/UX (Figma), conduct client POCs/demos and provide support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop custom SharePoint (SPFx) sites, workflows (Power Automate/Nintex), web parts and dashboards.
  • Build fullstack apps with .NET/C#, SQL Server and SwissGRC integrations via APIs.
  • Design responsive UI/UX using Figma; ensure security, access control and performance.
  • Administer SharePoint/SQL; collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and training.
  • Follow Agile/SDLC; participate in client workshops and demos.

MustHave Skills

  • SharePoint expert (SPFx, Power Platform, administration).
  • SQL Server (TSQL, admin, tuning); .NET/C#.
  • JS/TS, HTML/CSS, React/Angular; Figma for UI/UX.
  • GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST); IT Risk Management exp.
  • APIs (REST/JSON/XML); Agile/Scrum.
  • Degree in CS/IT; strong problemsolving & communication.

Preferred

SwissGRC exp, IAM, Docker, Git.
