Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tasks across our service team

Manage service reports, quotes, and documentation

Handle gate passes, port access, and training schedules

Support our Regional Service Manager in smooth job execution

Coordinating execution of service jobs onboard vessels and offshore installations

Provide first line of support to Service Engineers during job execution.

Assist project/sales to carry out order contracts and service works.

Provide technical support and clarification to customer.

Take charge with coordination between clients and PALFINGER

In collaboration with the Sales Manager, shall ensure that projects are carried out according to applicable procedure.

Ensure that service reports, documents and certificates are registered in ERP

Responsible for ensuring the projects has been executed as per the terms.

Procuring spares from suppliers as per the requisition and company procedures

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree Certificate in a relevant field.

Working knowledge and experience in the marine industry or service-related sectors.

Proficiency in ERP applications used in service or operations management.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Sound mathematical and analytical abilities for data handling and reporting.

High level of commitment to the company s policies and operational goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent Coordination Skills And Teamwork Capabilities.

Ability to manage resources efficiently, including time, personnel, and documentation.

Awareness and adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
