Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Alba Cars and serve as the key liaison between customers and our technical team, ensuring a premium service experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will manage service bookings, coordinate workshop tasks, and contribute to revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling of aftersales services. Customer Interaction & Service Coordination
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Prepare accurate service estimates and explain job scopes, timelines, and pricing transparently.

  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service completion and status updates.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Sales Support & Documentation
  • Upsell additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories where applicable.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of service transactions, warranty claims, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in daily showroom operations and support the sales team as needed.

  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required (Arabic is a plus).

  • Proficient in multitasking, coordination, and time management.

  • Knowledge of automotive brands, service processes, and basic technical terminology.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or automotive service software is a plus.

  • Customer-centric, sales-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
