Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential content opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.

2. Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship as needed.
• Allocate tasks and ensure balanced workloads across the team.
• Review and QA team output to ensure accuracy and zero errors.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.

3. On-Page & Technical SEO

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking for search visibility.
• Work with developers to implement technical improvements:
  Site speed optimization
  Mobile responsiveness
  Schema markup
• Perform regular site audits to identify and fix issues.

4. Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute off-page strategies:
  Link building
  Influencer outreach
  Strategic partnerships
• Monitor backlink quality and manage external link profiles.

5. Content Strategy & Optimization

• Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly content.
• Ensure content addresses user intent and aligns with target keywords.
• Maintain high standards of relevance, engagement, and optimization.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush) to track key metrics:
  Organic traffic
  Keyword rankings
  CTRs
  Conversion rates
• Perform regular backlink audits.
• Create and present performance reports to stakeholders.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, web development, and design teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients on project status, performance, and improvements.

8. Problem Solving

• Identify SEO issues such as ranking drops, penalties, or technical bugs.
• Propose and implement effective solutions to enhance visibility and UX.
