Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air, hotel, ground transportation, visas, insurance, etc.). Manage UAE tourist visa applications and documentation. Provide clients with the best fare options, itineraries, and travel-related advice. Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and approval processes. Manage changes, cancellations, and reissuances while minimizing costs. Liaise with airlines, hotels, and vendors to negotiate rates and resolve issues. Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel requirements (if applicable). Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and travel partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
Solid knowledge of UAE travel regulations and visa processes.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service-oriented mindset.
