• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance with at least 5 years in a senior role.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Excellent leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior technicians effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams and report maintenance findings.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems and inventory management.
• Certification or a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
