Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance GMC s presence in the talent market.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite office environment.
