Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural requirements.
- Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive employer brand impression.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Support OD initiatives related to employee engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Contribute to competency framework development and job profiling to ensure alignment between roles and organizational needs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of talent management and career development programs.
- Partner with the OD team on culture and employer branding projects to strengthen the employee value proposition.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of strong>3 5 years/strong> of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to OD or talent management preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition.
- Real Estate or Construction background Experience is Preferable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
