Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of tailors, seamstresses, and pattern masters.
  • Oversee the production of high-end bespoke Arab female garments.
  • Ensure all garments meet exceptional quality and finishing standards.
  • Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and ensure perfect tailoring for each piece.
  • Collaborate closely with the family and design team to execute creative vision.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and materials when required, maintaining quality control.
  • Train, motivate, and support the tailoring team to maintain efficiency and precision.
  • Manage workflow, deadlines, and inventory of materials.
  • Uphold discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Senior Tailor or Head Tailor in luxury fashion, couture, or private household environments.
  • Expert knowledge of traditional Arab female fashion and modern tailoring techniques.
  • Skilled in pattern cutting, garment construction, and finishing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional quality.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to work in a private family setting.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
