We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the design, analysis, and delivery of a variety of structural engineering projects. This position is integral to our commitment to providing innovative and practical solutions while maintaining the highest standards of structural integrity and safety. The Senior Structural Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

• Lead the structural design and analysis for diverse building and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct detailed calculations to ensure the structural integrity of proposed designs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project requirements.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
• Oversee field investigations and inspections to assess construction progress and compliance.
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to project challenges.
• Ensure adherence to professional engineering standards and building codes.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client communications regarding project status.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential issues.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new technologies as applicable.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
