Role Overview:
TheSenior Solutions Salesprofessional will play a pivotal role in driving business development and client engagement across the Middle East. The position focuses on distributing a wide range ofstructured investment solutions, funds, and cross-asset productsto sophisticated investors. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep knowledge of the regional wealth management ecosystem, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, client-focused offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate, develop, and manage relationships withfamily offices, external asset managers, private banks, and institutional clientsin the Middle East.
Distribute the firm’sinvestment and structured solutionsacross asset classes.
Provide a consultative, solutions-driven approach, ensuring clients fully understand the products’ features, risks, and benefits.
Partner with internal structuring, investment, and product teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
Monitor market trends and client demand to identify business opportunities and support the firm’s regional growth strategy.
Ensure compliance withlocal and international regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Senior-level sales experience ininvestment solutions, structured products, or cross-asset saleswithin the Middle East.
Strong client network amongfamily offices, EAMs, private banks, and institutional investorsin the region.
Proven track record ofdriving sales and revenue growthin a competitive financial markets environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment strategies.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented, with the credibility to engage at senior levels.
Fluency in English required;Arabic is a strong advantage.
