Senior Solution Architect - Payments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:Design and develop payment applications, including core, switch, certificates, HSM Keys, and cards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and project architecture.
• Microservices Architecture:Design and implement microservices-based architecture for payment applications.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and services.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• API Integration and Multilayered Architectures:Integrate payment applications with multiple APIs and systems.
• Design and implement multilayered architectures to ensure data security and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• End-to-End Solution Implementation:Lead the implementation of end-to-end solutions, from analysis to production deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Ensure quality of deliverables to ensure long-term stability of the system.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in using Postman, Soap, Selenium, JUnit, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent understanding of solution architecture and solution designs.
• Experience in business analysis and system implementation.
• Working knowledge of industry payment-related protocols, including ISO8583, ISO9564, PIN encryptions, VISA, MasterCard, and card-related protocols.
• Cards and Payment Processing:Mandatory experience in card processing, including implementation of card-related protocols and APIs, such as VISA and MasterCard.
• Understanding of card payment processing, including authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with card security standards, such as PCI-DSS.

Functional Skills:

• Experience in banking, financial, and fintech environments, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in Agile methodology and other development life cycles.
• Effective research and benchmarking of technology against best-in-class technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Change Release Process:Hands-on experience in change release process, including planning, execution, and deployment.
• Ensure minimal disruption to production services and systems.
• Quality and Stability:Focus on quality of deliverables to ensure long-term stability of the system.
• Identify and address potential issues before they impact production services.
