Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Manage site engineers, foremen, and other technical staff.
  • Assist the project manager in planning and scheduling work activities.
  • Coordinate inspections and handover procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • At least 2 years of UAE Experience in site in Interior / Office furniture preferable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferable
