Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving profitable sales of products, solutions, and services in Dubai & Northern Emirates territory and allocated key accounts. Drives for growth and penetration in the allocated region consistent with Customers needs and according to Company strategy, objectives, and policies. Promotes and maintains a customer-focused culture within the organization to drive customer satisfaction in the region.
This job is based in Dubai, UAE, and will be responsible for driving $20M+ Measurement Solutions business predominantly in Dubai & Northern Emirates territory.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Authentic leadership and integrity to improve sales team efficacies, channel approach, and end customer focus.
- Drive sales growth in Dubai & Northern Emirates. 100% ownership for orders & sales targets within Measurement Solution s business.
- Direct and coordinate activities to promote the sale of new products & solutions breaking into new industry segments.
- Develop and implement strategic pricing actions to increase penetration.
- Assign sales quota for the sales team and manage certain customer segments directly.
- Reporting to leadership and contributing to strategic plans, proposing and driving initiatives and plans in line with the company s business units.
- Report the business with a detailed analysis of performance vs planned Orders & Sales, Growth programs, Target Accounts, Opportunity funnel growth & accuracy, and improved Customer happiness.
- Improve collaboration within the Business Development teams, order management, project execution and finance to smooth quote to cash process.
- Continuous development of sales staff including training, coaching, organizational efficiency planning, and performance reviews.
- Keeps leadership advised of market intelligence, and strategic competitor information and provides recommendations
- Improves own professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Ensure all direct reports you align with Ethics, Trade Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety policies; guarantee that the Business meets Emerson Policies and Local Legislation. Promote a positive Company image.

Who You Are:

Desired Candidate Profile
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering Degree in the Instrumentation/Automation/Electronics/Chemical field
- 10-15 years of consistent track record in Sales or Business Development
- Significant experience in high-level business negotiations
- Excellent commercial experience with the ability to understand customers and the Emerson business environment
- Able to travel locally and abroad as per the job needs
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Instrumentation / Electronics / Chemical Engineer with 10-15 years' experience in Sales & Business Development
- Preferred experience within the UAE for Instrumentation and Control products and services
- Excellent presentation and digital literacy (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
