Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive corporate business growth in the region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector in Jeddah and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to corporate clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Negotiate and close high-value corporate contracts
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscape
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business culture and etiquette
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
