Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategies and revenue growth of our organization. You will leverage your experience in sales leadership to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets and maximize income for both the sales team and the organization. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and navigating the competitive landscape to enhance our market position. Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and stakeholders.
